  • Wraps, 6-8

  • Onion, 2

  • Garlic

  • Kidney beans, 1 can

  • Corn, 1 can

  • Cinnamon, 1 tsp

  • Other spices

  • Guacamole

  • Salsa

  • Oil

    • Bbq-proof skillet

    • Tin foil

  1. Make the guacamole and the salsa.

  2. Drain the beans and the corn.

  3. Throw all but the guacamole and salsa in a pan, onions first.

  4. Heat a wrap for a couple of seconds.

  5. Scoop up some beans, add salsa and guac, fold up the burrito. Eat.

  6. Or, fold up the burrito, cover in tin foil, and leave on the grill for another 30 seconds or so on each side.
